A fantastic high-specification Mercedes 500SL (R107) with under 50,000 miles.

This vehicle was previously sold by SLSHOP in 2015 before being moved to Spain where it has resided since. Now back in the UK, we welcome viewings of this stunning low mileage example. A rare vehicle in 2023 due to the popularity of the 500SL back in its heyday – the 500SL was arguably the one everyone wanted. Largely due the fact it is the most powerful of the R107 variants, and also due to the supporting extras the vehicle came with as standard.

To prepare this vehicle for sale we have carried out the following works, reassuring the new owner that they can head off into the sunset undeterred.

Suspension: Our Specialist Workshop has replaced the front subframe bushes.

Drivetrain: As the leading classic Mercedes-Benz specialist we pride ourselves on our knowledge of perfectly operating gearboxes. To bring this 500SL up to modern standards, we have refitted a new gearbox sump pan gasket and kick-down O ring, also replacing the gearbox selector bushes at the same time. This 500SL's gearbox will now see you through many thousands of miles.

Steering: We have also carried out a full Power Steering service on this 500SL's system, ensuring arrow straight commands in the future.
