The original purchase receipt of £76000 is displayed in the presentation pack a hefty price to pay on the SL500 of that time. It was specified to have all extras optioned. The SL500 was in the ownership of a wealthy Family where it was part of Classic car collection in little use. We have now fully re commissioned it with all new correct Michelin tyres, fluids and  filters. The soft top is as good as the day it was installed on the car, with a interior that is factory fresh. The early period orange  indicator model are the pure Mercedes collectors dream in this condition which are very difficult to obtain this original. The driving is as positive as they come for this model with a  silver and blue colour combination complements it very well with a matching silver Hardtop.
